Shipping Policy

In-stock items will ship within 2 business days of purchase, or sooner. Any custom pieces will require some communication back and forth; completion & dispatch times will be agreed upon as such. I offer worldwide shipping, standard shipping rates, customs fees & duties apply. Send me a message to get a shipping quote.

Once your package has been dispatched you will receive tracking information for your shipment, as well as a rough eta on arrival. Note that with COVID-19 restrictions shipping times aren't always accurate, and packages may get held up. In the event that a package seems to be taking too long, contact the shipping provider for further details, info will be included with tracking information.

Please understand that shipping rates vary, from guitar bodies to custom furniture freight costs will vary based on size, weight, and shipping method.

Return & Exchange Policy

I accept returns on any in-stock items for 30 days after the purchase date. Custom items will not be shipped until the client is satisfied with the final result; any customs items damaged in shipping will be automatically refunded/replaced depending on the situation, and the client's wishes.

In the event that you receive a custom item, and aren't happy with how it turned out, just contact me, we can resolve any issue, and a new item can be sent in its place.
